EATinerando4 Trieste

The fourth edition of Eatinerando in collaboration with Creativa Eventi end ed on November 10th at Eataly in Trieste, a food and wine event combining food,drink, rage and music.

A route of 12 stations where guests were able to have excellent food tastings such as the SanDaniele Ham Consortium station where we met Chef Ezio Zanon who explained the origin of the ham and the various pairing combinationssuch as the Montasio Consortium and the excellent wines and grappas that can be paired with the product. We met Andrea Natali, creator of''Odio il Brodo'', who for the occasion cooked some excellent cannelloni, at the pastry shop where dishes with panettone andvanilla cream were set up. More than 320 guests for the occasion, the elite of Trieste who did not miss the opportunity to be present.Congratulations to the director of Eataly of Trieste Alessia Roselli who, under her watchful eye, managed as always to entertain but atthe same time excite the guests present.
